    We call to understand what you have done and what you want to do next, and to answer whatever you want to ask us.

    The interview

    With HR and the manager for the role. If you are selected, a founder interview follows before the offer.

    The offer

    If it is a fit, HR makes you an offer setting out the role, the pay and the start date, and goes through it with you before you decide.
